Cleanup gcc4 buildtools a bit:

* replace gmp.info-? in gcc/gmp/doc by gmp.info, since the latter
  is the makeinfo target that will otherwise have to be generated
  each time gcc4 is built
* add autom4te.cache to svn:ignore
