Upgrade GMP from 5.0.5 to 6.1.2 (2016-12-16)
...
Old version was from 2012-05-06, 6.1.2 is from 2016-12-16
A lot of support for newer processors and speedups since then

Cleanup gcc4 buildtools a bit:

* replace gmp.info-? in gcc/gmp/doc by gmp.info, since the latter
is the makeinfo target that will otherwise have to be generated
each time gcc4 is built
* add autom4te.cache to svn:ignore
