f91439b9da binutils: don't require coff, we don't need it anyway 
binutils dropped support for COFF and a.out so it won't build anyway.

198e0fde5e haiku: Get sparc buildtools going 
- If kallisti5 is having fun with RISC-V, why can't I too?
- Gets as far as complaining we don't have a libsolv package in
  non-bootstrap builds

0b1666ccbe binutils: ld: Set ELF interpreter to "/system/runtime_loader" 
For x86_64 this includes defining a new linker emulation, "elf_x86_64_haiku"
(to match the existing "elf_i386_haiku") and updating gcc accordingly.

0dfb79fe88 binutils: fix PPC GOT issue 
Simplify haiku-specific ppc emulation script, and reuse
common code, which seems to fix the linker issue mentioned
in #10240:
_GLOBAL_OFFSET_TABLE_ not defined in linker created .got

dab660cbe3 * The .plt section for PPC is of type SHT_NOBITS (not SHT_PROGBITS as 
for x86), so it should be placed near the .bss sections. This fixes
  linkage problems -- the linker had to split the text segment after the
  .plt section, which caused its pre-computed program header count to be
  wrong.
* I also added the stuff concerning the .fixup and .got{1,2} sections I
  found in the generic ELF PPC script. It shouldn't harm at least.

8c840510db Added support for machine powerpc-*-haiku. Reorganized things a bit: 
The i386-pc-haiku no longer uses the BeOS BFD target emulation, but
its own. A few things are shared for both *-*-haiku machines now.
The PowerPC Haiku binutils and gcc build, but I wouldn't expect them
to really produce usable output yet. We'll see...
