8651cd3f95 Further fixes to get GCC 7.3 actually working for Haiku builds. 
Partially from @jarekpelczar's work, but only certain pieces that
were needed, and the rest is either from earlier GCC patches
or is my own work.

With this, GCC 7 can now build Haiku.

18ca835d6d Merged in the changes to version 4.1.2. 
* Solved conflicts with the libtool related files by simply using the
  vendor versions. IIRC the haiku related changes to libtool and
  autoconf were relevant only for the binutils.
* Solved {libstdc++-v3,libmudflap}/configure conflicts by re-running
  autoconf for these directories.

I'm already working on fixing the Haiku build, so please don't do the
same.

59eda489cd Added support for target i586-pc-haiku. Mostly by cloning the *-beos 
stuff, partially omitting cruft.
