Ingo Weinhold	e938767ea3	Patch by Samuel Rodriguez Perez to fix building this gcc version for FreeBSD. ... Oliver Tappe	5effaca78b	Added cc1plus as bootstrap-dependency such that fix_bdirectwin_typeinfo.cpp can ... be compiled (it requires a c++-compiler, of course).
