Oliver Tappe 5effaca78b Added cc1plus as bootstrap-dependency such that fix_bdirectwin_typeinfo.cpp can 
be compiled (it requires a c++-compiler, of course). 
This fixes the build on R5.

This directory contains various GNU compilers, assemblers, linkers, 
debuggers, etc., plus their support routines, definitions, and documentation.


Check the INSTALL directory for detailed configuration and installation
instructions.
