Ingo Weinhold e938767ea3 Patch by Samuel Rodriguez Perez to fix building this gcc version for FreeBSD. 
The removed header fixes don't apply to the Haiku headers anyway, so
this shouldn't be much of a problem.

This directory contains various GNU compilers, assemblers, linkers, 
debuggers, etc., plus their support routines, definitions, and documentation.


Check the INSTALL directory for detailed configuration and installation
instructions.
