Add an haiku_extras package. Curerntly contains support for amiga RDB and Apple (PPC) partitionning systems, that is, things that might be useful, but not for most users, and was not part of the default package. Naming inspired from the Extras disk shipped with Amiga Workbench, for lack of a better idea.
