an interface (I don't remember why I didn't want this earlier, but well).
* ifconfig now has an auto-config option that will trigger DHCP.
* Also, it will now remove the IFF_AUTO_CONFIGURED and IFF_CONFIGURING flags
if an address is specified (any on-going auto-configuration should check for
these and abort if they aren't there anymore).

ktrace_printf() by default.

for the runtime loader add-on interface. There's a small library
(libltrace_stub.so) that when preloaded reroutes all library calls
through a stub that prints the function name and some of its arguments
to the debug output.

added, if their creation event was now or in the future. Obviously we're
only interested in images that do already exist, though. Also get rid of
"new" images that already have been deleted in the meantime.
Fixes problem that for some threads (almost) no images were added and
thus no functions could be resolved.

* Changed the password window to use this feel.
* Later, the screen saver itself should use this feel whenever the password
mode is enabled. The password window should then use a modal-app feel, but
this doesn't work yet.

* This makes them highest in the window order, so that floating all windows
like the Deskbar cannot compromise the password protection anymore.
This fixes #2808.
* Note, the password window should also block uses of Alt-Tab, even though this
is usually harmless (as only other windows with kWindowScreenFeel can be
promoted to the front).
* Also note, the password window should actually be an app modal window that
appears in front of the screen saver window. However, the app_server currently
doesn't allow anything but menus on top of a kWindowScreenFeel window.
* Removed changing full screen setting of the ScreenSaver window, as this
shouldn't matter.
* Minor cleanup.

or exclusively ("-f" option).

class) object associated with a Thread object. Currently there's only
one (currently misnamed) derived class AbstractThreadProfileResult, but
some more refactoring will make the purpose clearer.
