c654468395 Cleaned up the stdint.h header. 
Separated macros from the typedefs, removed macros for unsigned minima as
these are not part of the standard.
Added intptr_t/uintptr_t types. Added some comments what those types stand for.
Added a note that this header is mostly compiler/arch specific and should
be handled (adapted) like this.

1c448f3551 Removed all inline functions. 
Also no longer let getc()/putc() point to libio functions directly (they
were even only macros there, too...).
Should now be backwards compatible, too. Thanks to Waldemar for pointing this out!

974d454507 Fixed bug. BMessageBody's assignment operator was making a generic copy of the map which maintains the data -- meaning only pointers to contained BMessageFields were being copied. Added Clone() operation to BMessageField and Copy() to BMessageFieldStoragePolicy, along with a specialization of BMessageFieldStoragePolicy for BDataBuffer; a straight copy of the vector is sufficient for all other data types. This fixes issues with BMessage unittests where BMessage, entry_ref, BFlattenable, and raw data are exercises.

e4265bfbfe Modified BDataBuffer's copy constructor to let the user specify whether to create a copy of the buffer or just a reference. Also changed all void* params to be const.

655c4f0c99 Resolved the argument type change of _user- vs. _kern_spawn_thread() - introduced 
a new thread_entry_func typedef in the kernel only. Unlike thread_func, it accepts
two arguments - that functionality is not exported to the user, though.

6fec58934a We automatically generate what information are available from syscalls.h, 
which from now on relieves us from the duty to maintain syscalls.S and
syscalls.c manually. Either includes a generated file.

db10640de9 Got rid of the Storage Kit's kernel abstraction layer, which was 
unfortunately quite slow and made some things more complicated than they
needed to be.
Implemented a few missing things (e.g. BSymLink and node locking).
