6a7f7ee06f The RTL8139 driver is now fully WORKING!!! 
I have made an (ugly) hack around the transmit problem (but then again, aren't
hacks ugly all the time?). I still don't know if this is the proper thing, but
the point is that it seems to work now. I don't know if it is my mistake or
the cards mistake that I cannot schedule more than one write at a time, but
I'm looking into this. I don't know the difference in performance between this
driver and the one in R5, but I'm guessing this one's still a bit slower. I'll
continue to hack the driver in order to maximize performance.

ffbc2ebc23 Moved the driver initialization from init_hardware() to the more common 
init_driver() - also added a matching uninit_driver() (just in case :)).
Replaced in8()/out8() with calls to the ISA bus manager (NewOS change 1804).
Removed unused includes.

1501c2bf3e This is just an outline of the USB stack: what it is going to look like. It is definately not 
ready for testing. Also the documentation is far from complete (it's in it's early phases).
Unfortunately I don't have enough experience in hardware programming to prototype
it first, so I'll be testing the things that I design in the document.

ee1ebe375c * Added ShadowPartitionChanged() to KDiskSystem and respective hooks 
to the module interfaces. So the disk system will be informed, when a
  shadow partition has changed and it is allowed to do necessary
  adjustions (e.g. adjusting the cookie, the parameters, or on
  partitioning system initialization even creating special child
  partitions (apple partitioning system)).
* Added `int32 *index' parameter to ValidateCreateChild(). So the
  partitioning system can report at which index the new child shall be
  inserted.

1.23: fix some compile errors on PPC
1.24: Finalising some PPC changes. In theory it should work

1.28: Minor code cleanup
1.29: Implemented multipe card support
1.30: drop some debug output
1.31: FINALLY fixed the receive problem (where large packets slow down
      everything)
What remains to be done is to fix the transmit bug, where the card
suddenly stops to send packets (after it gets behind by one).

c54d68a84e Should have waited a few more minutes... Renamed the methods {B,K}Partition::Is{Mountable,Partitionable}() to Contains{File,Partitioning}System(). Similar change for the respective flags (B_PARTITION_{MOUNTABLE,PARTITIONABLE}).
