3704cba94a This is funny. This commit fixes the crash in BTextView. Something has to be severely broken somewhere in TextView.cpp, or am I missing something ?

a13f233057 Finished input method stuff: now we do also the red highlighting. 
InlineInput.cpp will probably be simplified in the future.
Some subtle fixes to the keyboard/mouse selection code,
 which wasn't yet behaving as the real BTextView.

a689e076c3 "Fixed" BTranslatorRoster so that it no longer stores the list of translators backwards. This is the order that applications assume, so this must be done to prevent inconsistent behavior between the R5 translation kit and the Haiku version.

26dc029a11 Added an extra thread for chunk extraction. Using the ChunkCache, the ReadFrames call no longer needs to wait for the extractor, but can read it from a cache.

2910a19bbf Added an ifdef around static variables, so we use beos ones when COMPILE_FOR_R5 is defined. 
That makes testing TextView under beos possible, again.

059b143a70 The fWasDelivered member was never getting initialized, so replying to 
messages which did not explicitely request a reply would fail.  The member
is now initialized if an unflattened message has the MSG_FLAG_INCL_REPLY
flag set.

5302d71190 Fixed LineWidth(): now it calls StyledWidth(). It's not an issue, since charachter widths are cached by _BWidthBuffer_. 
Marc Flerackers lend me a hand and now alignments should work much better (if not perfectly)

Some cleanups.

982115e516 Fixed a buffer overflow caused by our R5 select() emulation. 
Added missing uname() function which is needed for full R5 compatibility.
It seems that nearly all apps are working now. I could finally run Vision (BONE and R5), BeShare (quick test only), lynx, Net+, etc.
Apps that don't work: Mozilla for BONE, some ssh binary that I downloaded, Be's ftp when not in passive mode.

70751f7bfc - Fixed every Styling issue (at least the ones exposed by StyledEdit). Setting fonts works now 
- Cleaned up PageUp/Down handling code
- Now setups undo in Clear()
- Alignment now partially works
- Fixed some visual artifacts which could've showed up during typing with an input method
- Added a "known bugs" section
