* Determine HOST_LD and HOST_OBJCOPY in configure.
* Removed Solaris ld work-around in BuildSetup.

The change requires configure to be re-run. Alternatively HOST_{LD,OBJCOPY}
can be added to generated/build/BuildConfig.
