Move util.c from auich (the most up to date version) to the parent directory of ac97. Use it also for auvia. This means changing several physical addresses to use phys_addr_t instead of pointers, and declaring buffers allocated by alloc_mem to be user-accessible or not. Untested, I don't have the hardware.
