Axel Dörfler 617c98ba68 Made stdlib.h almost compatible to BeOS. ...

Removed deprecated strtoq() functions (they are not even part of BeOS, so
why should we include this cruft?).
Added prototypes for llabs(), and lldiv() - added lldiv_t to div_t.h.
