Augustin Cavalier 648cc69f8e HaikuPorts: Synchronize build-packages set. ...

Notable changes:
 * jpeg replaced with libjpeg_turbo across the board.
 * man replaced with mandoc.
 * ilmbase merged into openexr.
 * gnutls no longer needed in this set.

A few other packages unused in the local scripts were
also removed. Build fixes are in following commits.
