Copy:
* packages: Haiku -> HaikuBootstrap
* images: HaikuImage -> HaikuImageBootstrap
... and remove some unncessary content.

Setting the jam variable HAIKU_BOOTSTRAP_BUILD enables using the
bootstrap files.
