These have never been included in the Haiku build as far as I can see. All the soundcards they support are already handled in the auich dirver. All the IDE driver that ichaudio claims to support, I'm not sure why they are in an audio driver. One of them was written for BeOS and never updated for Haiku multi_audio, and the other was apparently some experiment that didn't get anywhere in the end. To avoid confusion, let's keep only one driver.
