* strlcpy() isn't a particularly good string compare function.
* BDebugEventInputStream::_GetData():
  - Also need to reset fBufferPosition to 0 when the buffer is empty.
  - Fixed read position.

BDebugEventInputStream does now actually read the files written by
BDebugEventOutputStream.
