Stefano Ceccherini 2e6adc56e4 Added a _BPictureExtent_::Flatten(), moved some code from BPicture::Flatten() ...

into it. Renamed ImportData() to Unflatten(). Some code shuffling.
No functional change.
Some style cleanup needed.
