Bruno G. Albuquerque ada17216f9 - Added wait3() and wait4() to the bsd compatibility library.

- Untested, but should work (will test it when I get home later today).
- This is my first attempt at adding something for compatibility reasons. Let
  me know if something in wrong.

Made Workspaces' initial size and shape depend on screen size, screen proportions and the current layout of one's workspaces. Adjusted Zoom() to be proportional. Also added proportional resizing, which is optional currently, pressing shift while resizing.
