the previous look.
Would be nice if the window was a bit wider, but I don't know how to force
that (accepting advices).

Applied patch by gamblore, which adds a Local mode to CodyCam and resolves ticket #3395. I've extended the patch to disable the FTP controls in Local mode and fix bugs which prevented this from working correctly. Some coding style fixes as well... Thanks a lot, gamblore!

Made Workspaces' initial size and shape depend on screen size, screen proportions and the current layout of one's workspaces. Adjusted Zoom() to be proportional. Also added proportional resizing, which is optional currently, pressing shift while resizing.
