* BWindow::SendBehind(NULL) will now send the window to back.
* Added shortcuts ctrl-alt-F to get a window to front, and ctrl-alt-b to move it to the back. * Updated the user guide with these shortcuts, and also explained the missing "single click to bring window to front" behaviour. git-svn-id: file:///srv/svn/repos/haiku/haiku/trunk@34108 a95241bf-73f2-0310-859d-f6bbb57e9c96
