gnuchess: bump to 6.2.2.

* Bump version.
* Build with libiconv, libintl, libncurses and libreadline.
* Mark x86 and x86_64 as tested.
* Sort cmd:* in BUILD_PREREQUIRES.
* Use mirror redirector for SOURCE_URI.
* Add TEST() with "make check".
