typogrify: drop outdated and unused recipe. (#11943)

Seems it was never used on-tree since it was introduced in
4cdf5a4ab8
(`git log --since=2022-07 -S typogrify` gives nothing besides that commit).

Users should try to `pip install` this, if they need it.
