Subject: [PATCH] cmark: fix installation directories, fix PROVIDES*.

* Add REPLACES to get rid of the previous revision which had
  "libcmark" (instead of "cmark") in its PROVIDES.
* Upstream does not install api_test, so drop its cmd: entry.
* Move man3/cmark.3 to the devel package.
* Define commandBinDir and friends.
* Add PATCH() to have correct directories in src/CMakeLists.txt.
* Enable on x86_64.
* Update HOMEPAGE & COPYRIGHT.
