editor: drop outdated and unused recipe. (#11931)

The recipe seems to have been broken before
59d0eea589, and I got no results for:
`git log --since=2019-09 -S editor_py` or `git log --since=2019-09 -S 'editor_\$'`.

Users should try to `pip install` this, if they need it.
