4f180bdb94 Utilize the new "all" ARCHITECTURES keyword in most recipes. (#6189) 
x86_64 is used as a baseline: the "x86_64" entry, whatever status it has,
is transformed into "all", and then the other entries in ARCHITECTURES
either dropped or rearranged appropriately.

0f28584350 Tk: Add (broken) recipe. 
It builds, but the resultant binary triggers a debugger() fault in SDL.
That's continuable, but then the window just stays white and as far as
I can tell, nothing is ever drawn.
