3fc4bbc23b Noto-Emoji: mirror sources on haiku-files.org 
The Google download is generating a .zip archive on the fly, so the
SHA256 isn't stable. Use a fixed zip file instead.

cb5230807a Put Noto Emoji and Noto Color Emoji into different packages. (#7947) 
They used to be developped and shipped together by Google, but they are now two independant projects.
We can ship them as two different packages, which allows to ship only the monochrome version in Haiku,
since color emojis are not supported by app_server yet anyways.

4f180bdb94 Utilize the new "all" ARCHITECTURES keyword in most recipes. (#6189) 
x86_64 is used as a baseline: the "x86_64" entry, whatever status it has,
is transformed into "all", and then the other entries in ARCHITECTURES
either dropped or rearranged appropriately.

a9565f5f71 Noto: bump version 
This version looks quite bad if you are using greyscale antialiasing +
hinting on small font sizes (the hinting is too strong). But it looks
better with the LCD subpixel mode (or at larger font sizes where the
hinting isn't that strong probably).

I guess this will help avoiding the consequences of #15007.

85340fc7b4 Update Noto to latest release. 
Tested with an Haiku install, no obvious problems found.

- The Noto Mono font is now completely gone.
- The directory layout in the archive changed a bit so the recipe is adjusted.
- Do we want to provide the "display" variant in the main package or
  should we move it out?
- There are now a "Symbols2" and a "Music" font we may want to add to
  the font fallback system (but really, let's get a real font selection
  system instead)

08ba7f173a unifont: update to 13.0.02 and fix filenames 
OCP expects a "unifont.ttf", and it is packaged this way on Debian,
so let's drop the version in the names.

2087f685de Move Thai fonts to the main Noto package 
No significative change to the size of the package (+400KB on a 22MB
package) and it allows us to have Thai text rendering out of the box.
