4f180bdb94 Utilize the new "all" ARCHITECTURES keyword in most recipes. (#6189) 
x86_64 is used as a baseline: the "x86_64" entry, whatever status it has,
is transformed into "all", and then the other entries in ARCHITECTURES
either dropped or rearranged appropriately.

52b344b97b Drop references to $haikuVersion. 
* Referring the current haiku version explicitly is not needed, since

d289d81e5a Allegro: work around missing $TERM variable in Haiku 
BeOS used toset $TERM to "dumb" when apps are run from Tracker, but
Haiku leaves it unset. Make Allegro aware of the difference so it can
detect when it's being started from Tracker.

aec3652b01 Cleanup: fix names of recipe and patch files. 
* this fixes the wrong recipe names introduced by myself in #d525fee
* adjust patch names to match corresponding recipes
* additionally: create 'additional-files' folders as hint to some
  ports that do not have a proper recipe yet

488673ac7c Added allegro-4.4.x-svn.bep to allow for easy checking of the allegro-4.4.x branch. They are getting ready for a release of 
4.4.2, so this will be helpful in testing on Haiku.  The 4.4.1.1 patch has been sent upstream, awaiting for it to be applied.

5dfb9c7c2b Updated libpak to 0.9.2, adding in guilib and giflib and updating the version of a few others. Also adjusting allegro to better control where 
it puts it's files, but the man files aren't working right yet, so will need to fix that at a later date.
