* Declare patch explicitly.
* Update [BUILD_]REQUIRES.
* Declare USER_SETTINGS_FILES.
* Don't allow multi-job builds. They don't work reliably.
* INSTALL(): Simplify a bit. Add Deskbar menu symlink.
