16ee50dad0 ffmpeg: add 0.10.14. GCC2 only, does not compile on GCC4. 
Already tried for GCC4:
  * -fstack-check=no
  * --enable-pic
  * --disable-pic
  * -O3, -O2
... all of which were listed as solving the problem by various Linux
distros. Will try for FFmpeg 2.2 next.

aec3652b01 Cleanup: fix names of recipe and patch files. 
* this fixes the wrong recipe names introduced by myself in #d525fee
* adjust patch names to match corresponding recipes
* additionally: create 'additional-files' folders as hint to some

d465081d2f ffmpeg: fix ffserver.conf path, include docs 
* Patch the hard-coded /etc/ffserver.conf path and declare it as
  global writable file.
* Build the documentation.
* Also include ffserver.conf as a documentation file. It requires
  editing, so we can't include it as a default settings file.

b01457b4b8 Further work on VLC. This patch includes a somewhat functional but very 
buggy Haiku audio output (which only works at all thanks to help from 
hamishm) as well as a few other customisations needed for Haiku.

cbb17e64e1 This .patch/.bep will build a "fully functioning" command line VLC. As 
in it does nothing as we have no interface/audio/video out. But it 
passes tests and has a working libvlc.

Only tested building on a GCC4 system, not a gcc2hybrid yet. Need to 
fix gettext-dev before I can fully populate the .bep with every 
depdendency to ensure full functionality will build for everyone.

2b651bc8c0 VLC requires a libavcodec build with postprocessing enabled, which is 
GPL-only. Haiku uses an LGPL build for the media kit addons, so we need 
seperate .beps
