This is the same version we have in-tree, so we can now outsource that
version. AFAICT, it works just as well as the version included in the "haiku"
package.
I've left the static libs in the main package as that seems to be the
convention among Linux distros.

SDL2_image: disable dynamic loading of libraries

We declare the libraries as dependencies of the package anyway, so there
is no need for this dynamic load support. The runtime loader does a
better job at it.

It had "carlito" in PROVIDES (copy&paste error).
Adjusted the DESCRIPTION: it really is a serif font, and since
the Lato font seems to be sans-serif, I removed the allusion to that...
