Also resync the offsets of the patches of a few other recipes:

* x265-1.9
* libdvdnav-5.0.3
(Syncing patch offsets is not necessary but it does not hurt either.)

Initial .bep file for libdvdnav, this one won't work until haikuporter supports .bz2 files though. Also moved patch to the patches sub-dir.
