1c42c9a12a libdvdread: bump to 6.0.0, add debuginfo, sort BUILD_PREREQUIRES. 
Also do not store the README and COPYING files in the devel package
but, instead, keep them in the base package.

e4ed65b87e rubberband: bump to 1.8.2, add debuginfo. (#2685) 
* Add commandSuffix and relativeCommandBinDir.
* Update the sed command in PATCH(), mostly s/@prefix@/$(PREFIX)/,
  and also make "make install" check if librubberband-jni.so exists
  before trying to install it. (We need javac to build it.)

eaa3fdac75 libvpx: move the runtimes to a subpackage. (#2577) 
This is required on x86_gcc2 because cmd:vpx{dec,enc} are currently
provided by both libvpx-1.0.0 and libvpx_x86-1.7.0. Moving these
runtimes to a _bin subpackage and adding the appropriate conflicts
allows to co-install all the base packages.

Also, for libvpx3-1.5.0, don't remove the runtimes on 2nd arch.

15ff2a8e30 libvpx: bump to 1.7.0. Closes #2568. (#2573) 
It is safe to drop libvpx4-1.6.1 because no package is using it at
the moment: games-fps/eduke32, media-libs/{gd,gst_plugins_good},
media-video/{ffmpeg,handbrake} and sci-visualization/gnuplot are
all using libvpx3-1.5.0.
