Chris Roberts	d59c009c4e	Update the ruby patch with a backported fix for compiling against openssl-1.0 ... Changed the status to stable and added dev-lang/ruby as a dependency since it needs an existing ruby to bootstrap. Chris Roberts	11a7c2d49b	Added tar-1.22 with a small patch to allow the test suite to build. ... Cleanup up the Copyright field on several of my old .OPD files.
