b9b8d350b9 Fixed libzip by using CMake to build instead of the autotools. Had to use sed to correct the man dir, there is probably a 
cleaner way to do that.

54be865bb1 Updated libpak-0.9.6-gcc4 to # out allegro, jgmod and box2d as they are not currently building cleanly on gcc4. 
Rolled sdl-mixer back to 1.2.11 as 1.2.12 is failing when trying to build the demo app playwave, see haikuports 
trac ticket #514.
