21676bb201 Fix directory of installation of fonts 
Also, do not install README as it only contains licensing information or is
the same text as the DESCRIPTION.

aec3652b01 Cleanup: fix names of recipe and patch files. 
* this fixes the wrong recipe names introduced by myself in #d525fee
* adjust patch names to match corresponding recipes
* additionally: create 'additional-files' folders as hint to some
  ports that do not have a proper recipe yet

2191f6611f Rename all port folders containing '-' to use '_' instead. 
* haikuporter relies on the recipe file sharing the name with the port folder
