We declare the libraries as dependencies of the package anyway, so there
is no need for this dynamic load support. The runtime loader does a
better job at it.
* Referring the current haiku version explicitly is not needed, since
the RequiresUpdater takes care of setting the version of Haiku used
for building a package.
