Utilize the new "all" ARCHITECTURES keyword in most recipes. ( #6189 )
...
x86_64 is used as a baseline: the "x86_64" entry, whatever status it has,
is transformed into "all", and then the other entries in ARCHITECTURES
either dropped or rearranged appropriately.

Fixed almp3 .bep file so that it actually builds now, but it's probably not correct. It's creating a libalmp3.so and libalmp3.a, but probably only one
...
of these is correct. TODO: Figure out which one is correct and add a better patch so that it correctly builds the other one.
