Note that this is the last version that builds without dependencies.
The next version would be 1.0 and it introduces the glib dependency
that I did not manage to get built cleanly.

* this fixes the wrong recipe names introduced by myself in #d525fee
* adjust patch names to match corresponding recipes
* additionally: create 'additional-files' folders as hint to some
ports that do not have a proper recipe yet
