Stuck at "waiting for build package HTML_Parser-3.70-1 to be activated".

9fde52b69e Adjust libxml2 to use vendor-packages directory. 
* The recent adjustment to python from 'site-packages' to
  'vendor-packages' broke this port - this adjustment fixes
  it again.

* Devel defines are supposed to
  reflect library names.
  libSDL2... not libsdl2...
* Mesa is commented out for now
  until we have our OpenGL kit
  completely in Mesa.

what's new ahead of version 7.3:
* GUI font Selector dialog implemented;
* documentation updated, more Haiku-related information added and fixed;
* __HAIKU__ code snippets are separated fromEOS__ rudiments allowing to purge out last ones if needed.

8131a86bbc Update Beam recipe to working state 
* This needs some updates to the Beam source, which I'm sending to
oliver now.
 * This also needs liblayout, which was turned into a package but still
closed source. I'll add that to HaikuPorts.

461bab6949 Add rsync-3.1.0 recipe 
It fails a handful of tests, but I never ran the testsuite on the
older ones(before PM) to know if we are better or worse now.

8d6506b5c9 Adjust python to the moved bzip2-header.
