d1d5d61575 minetest: bump version, fix wrong cmake build type (#11302) 
The custom irrlicht library was inlined, therefore there is one less SOURCE_DIR
now.

minetest_game isn't included any more, it is supposed to be downloaded
 separately.

bcf08440d8 xash3d: switch to Python 3 for building. (#10154) 
- Just a quick hack, to make sure we still can use this version.
- Updated some SOURCE_URIs.
- Revbump, just in case.

Will try to update to a newer Xash3D later on.

Consistent "SDL / BGLView::UnlockGL()" related crash on close.
Works nicely otherwise.
