Mostly working recipe for lame-3.99.5, the additional-files can go away once
...
the libs that the .m4 files come from get proper recipes written.
Also the sed hacking can probably be done in a cleaner way, but it works for now.

Cleanup: fix names of recipe and patch files.

* this fixes the wrong recipe names introduced by myself in #d525fee
* adjust patch names to match corresponding recipes
* additionally: create 'additional-files' folders as hint to some
ports that do not have a proper recipe yet

Patch to allow lame-398-2 to build on Haiku, note that this is a hack and should not be sent upstream. However assuming everyone has GTK in their configure scripts is lame.
