9b984ba4ce ICU: add release 55.1 
* Confirmed working with Haiku itself. Needs an update of all packages
using ICU 54.1 (at least webkit and qupzilla).
* Fixes at least one problem with the CLDR data: correct names for
timezones are used again instead of the strange "frpar" (for FR/Paris)
or "deber" (DE/Berlin) 54.1 was using.

0b67f7396e Hi, I found out that the cdrtools-3.01~a25.patch used in the recipes for 3.01a25, 3.01a27 and 3.01a28 could be simplified by mergeing the diffs on cdrtools-3.01/RULES/x86_64-haiku-{cc,gcc}.rul into a smaller (and yet equivalent) diff on cdrtools-3.01/RULES/MKLINKS. 
In cdrtools-3.01~a25.patch :
x86_64-haiku-{cc,gcc].rul are identical to bepc-haiku-{cc,gcc}.rul
whereas in cdrtools-3.01~a28.patch :
x86_64-haiku-{cc,gcc].rul are symlinks to bepc-haiku-{cc,gcc}.rul
(which get created at build time thanks to the 2 lines added in MKLINKS).

c2123bb6bb Dosbox: fix build and move to $binDir 
* Dosbox is not only a standalone application, it is also used to run
DOS executables non-interactively
* There are several front-ends for it which could be put in $appsDir
* In either case, things are simpler if Dosbox is in the path, it would
not be if installed in home/config/apps.
