Drop references to $haikuVersion.
...
* Referring the current haiku version explicitly is not needed, since
the RequiresUpdater takes care of setting the version of Haiku used
for building a package.

Adjust SRC_URI for python-2.6.9 to not require xz_utils.
...
* xz_utils isn't available on x86_gcc2, so we should not depend
on it unless there's a good reason
