13818325f8 bzip2: add debuginfo, install {bunzip2,bzcat} using symlinks 
... instead of making copies of bzip2.

Also, install {bzcmp,bzegrep,bzfgrep,bzless} using relative symlinks.

52f5867aa7 unshield: Use TEST_REQUIRES as discussed in haikuports/haikuporter#151 
Uncomment TEST() and fix a minor issue by setting LC_ALL=en_US to
match the locale used upstream. All tests are OK:

Running test ./test/v0/avigomanager.sh...succeeded
Running test ./test/v0/the-feeble-files-spanish.sh...succeeded
Running test ./test/v5/CVE-2015-1386/CVE-2015-1386.sh...succeeded

b8323edbf3 Reworked patch 
Unzip 6.10 now uses the UNIX makefiles, like the 6.0 version. This
should help getting it to build on 64bit systems.

864e84b41b Port the 64-bit support to unzip 6.10 
Marked as untested on 64-bit because I don't have a 64bit install
currently. If you test and enable it, make sure extracting file and
directory attributes works as expected.

4a6698c36b unzip: update to latest beta and fix attributes extraction. 
The same problem seems to be present in the patches to unzip 6.0.

The fix to the attribute writing is trivial (see the patchset for
details).

Really fixes #2075.

d951849219 unarr: use upstream source (#1736) 
As notified by selmf (thanks!), actual maintainer, we were using obsolete source.
Enabled bz2, xz and zip support too.
And now both static and shared libraries are availables.

This should fix #1723.

5f9b885f16 snappy: bump version. 
* SONAME is still 1, but the earlier 1.3.1 is changed to 1.1.7.
Depending packages need a rebuild.
