This is a rather hillarious bug:

Luckily none of our stuff in HaikuPorts actually uses this.

Changes to recipe:
- Cleaned up cmake call
- Added ugly hack for `-pie` and `-fstack-protector`, probably a cmake
  bug, but since linux distros have all gone with default-pie and
  default-ssp, it probably got ignored
- Added a _doc subpackage

0216313b06 GnuTLS: bump to 3.6.4, fix CONFLICTS_{bin,devel}, add REPLACES*. 
* Install the runtimes in bin, even for secondary arch builds.
* Don't create the gnutls_bin subpackage on secondary arches,
  except if we're building for x86 secondary arch on x86_gcc2h.
* Drop $documentationDir on secondary arches, except if we're
  building for x86 secondary arch on x86_gcc2h.
* Include the runtimes in the debuginfo package.

0400f2d9ec GnuTLS: bump to 3.6.3, switch SOURCE_URI to https. 
* Drop unneeded call to autoreconf.
* Drop a patch which is no longer needed.
* TEST_REQUIRES += cmd:cvs
* doc/examples/tlsproxy/tlsproxy.c calls strdupa and fails to build
  so let's just skip it for now.

91ae162601 mbedtls: bump to 2.10.0, drop debuginfo package. (#2664) 
* Creating the debuginfo package was not appropriate because "-g"
  is not being passed to the compiler. Bye defineDebugInfoPackage!
* Fix the shebang line of all perl scripts which use /usr/bin/perl
  because one of the scripts is called at the end of the build.
* Add a patchset to fix a wrapper script which assumed incorrect
  paths for 2 runtimes.
