4f180bdb94 Utilize the new "all" ARCHITECTURES keyword in most recipes. (#6189) 
x86_64 is used as a baseline: the "x86_64" entry, whatever status it has,
is transformed into "all", and then the other entries in ARCHITECTURES
either dropped or rearranged appropriately.

179c3e09e2 mesa: Add 21.0.0 (based on rc5 for now) 
* Leaving as untested for now.. there are a few issues...
* Some OpenGL windows (GLInfo is a good example) will crash
  on exit.
* Some OpenGL windows (GZDoom, others) won't display until
  the window is moved.

772afa03bf ncurses5: build from ncurses6 sources 
It's possible to build ncurses 6 using the ncurses 5 ABI. This allows to
get the old ghc binary up and running.

0ad734e3f4 Add recipe for timezone_data (aka tzdata or zoneinfo) from IANA 
The thing is so strangely shipped that we can't get just the data anyway,
we must compile stuff to get the data. So I couldn't use "any" as arch.

b502a38e6d Add recipe for linenoise (replacement for libedit/readline) 
A minimal, zero-config, BSD licensed, readline replacement.

Marked as untested since there are still some issues,
at least the base package is empty (no dynamic lib),
not sure it's best,

c0c94a1efd ncurses5: Deactivate on GCC2 again. 
A considerable amount of stuff appears to have been built against it, unfortunately.
