Haikuwebkit: explicitly require cmake 3.
...
* Our version of CMake 3 include many fixes that are not backported to
2.8. One of these is needed to make cmake --system-information work.
This is used by the WebKit build to detect the number of processors.

I replaced the source archive with one that doesn't lack some files.
This now triggers the KDL at installation phase reported in #10244 .
(you have to remove the laready downloaded archive, if any).

The patch wasn't found automatically since the secondary port name
differs. That's another reason why PATCHES should always be specified
explicitly.
